Replaced the brake pads with a better compound but the downside is MUCH more brake dust. I tried wiping the wheels with a rag but it took forever and the dust doesn't wash off the rag that easily - DO NOT throw it in the washing machine! Spring. Not perfect, but worth the effort. After waiting for the green jet to turn red, indicating it has interacted with the brake dust, you can hose it off, preferably with fairly high pressure. Spray (hose and nozzle seem to work fine. May need to be re-sprayed or just use a rag in the corners (e.g. but it does a pretty good job - 90-95% I used about 2/3 of a bottle for two uses (im Essentially 8 wheels) Saves a lot of time but not sure about dripping out of hose - you probably don't want it hitting your white concrete driveways or ending up in your yard.
