Replaced at 128,000 miles on our 2006 Acura TSX. Photos are attached. Ignore the yellow color from the saw blade. The rest comes from the transmission. At least on the TSX it helps to remove the throttle body with the airbox hose for better access to the filter. For removing hose clamps; Using needle nose pliers parallel to the transmission filter hoses, squeeze all 3 tabs on each hose clamp and pry the clamp away from the filter. Remove the 10mm screw and remove the mounting bracket. Pull out the hoses and replace the filter. Update June 2015: Replaced again at 200,000 miles. Absolutely no problems with the gearbox with regular fluid changes (3x3) and this filter.
