Problems with Paradigm and customer service

I like that it is user friendly, has all of our patient information in one place which makes scheduling easier! It's not so easy to use if you are new at using this software or computer technology for healthcare needs because there isn't much help included when learning how everything works together (unless they have video tutorials).

If your looking into having an EMR/EMR replacement look elsewhere than paradigm; we were able get what was needed but still had some issues getting used too quickly without proper training from their support team who do live chat sessions during business hours only once every 2 weeks!! So far no problems just need more time understanding things fully before moving forward - We're working towards implementing paperless health record keeping starting next year by creating templates within paradigms database then importing them onto excel sheets where doctors can add notes regarding each visit etc.. This will make future visits quicker since doctor won’t be typing anything out themselves anymore & also making charting.

Pros
  • The ability keep track off past appointments with ease along wth reminders sent through email automatically instead needing manually typed up as well as being available 24 7 online whenever anyone would want access even while away travelling abroad overseas ! They offer great customer service especially via telephone call assistance
Cons
  • Some areas aren't very intuitive such as entering medical history info under "past illnesses" section
