To be honest it worked great until it broke. The hose, although very playable, is therefore very easy to move. You need to be extra careful with it as it can be damaged very easily. I have a hole the whole length, I don't know how, but it's there. and I can't even find replacement hoses for it. <--- this is the biggest problem for me. I'm willing to accept the fact that I damaged it, but not being able to find replacement parts means I have to do it all AGAIN. I just want to change the hose! That's the only reason I would give this product a lower rating.
