Microsoft sales application partner makes life easier

I like that it has an easy way for me as well my team members can access our CRM from anywhere at anytime without having internet connection or data plans needed! We have been able use this app while we are away so now when someone calls us during those times instead waiting till they get back home just let them know where their rep's info was last accessed which saves time & money!! There isn't anything i dislike about using MSALPAPP but if there were any thing then surely would love more features added up such things being integration between other apps (Google drive) etc.

The ability to integrate across various platforms
Easy navigation in interface.
Great customer service with support tickets received very quickly through live chat / call/email response, great communication skills :)
