Bought a few of these for my laptops. One broke right after it was put in and was removed shortly afterwards. The second worked for about a week, then one morning the keyboard and mouse stopped working, which had a USB receiver in this adapter. When I pulled it back out of my laptop's USB port, it fell apart. There are two very VERY small screws holding the main body to the rotating part and it comes off too easily. Once it detaches, it is not possible to reattach it. Also, it only rotates in one direction, so it can face up or down depending on the orientation of your computer's port - it doesn't rotate in both directions. I returned two of them. The third is still connected but appears to be intermittent. One of the devices I had plugged into it stopped working, but I unplugged the device instead of the adapter, plugged it back in and all was fine. flaki. So the third one isn't broken yet, but I'm sure it will if I ever have to take it off my laptop. Don't waste money. These are very poorly made.
