I like that there's a live chat feature for customer service. It helps me feel more comfortable asking questions. The ability to create reminders is great! Sometimes it takes awhile to get an answer from the live chat or email. I wish it was easier for customers to access their account information if they were having trouble creating an account. I also wish they had a way to change my password without having to contact customer service. Creating reminders, setting up my doctor visits, and viewing my billing info.
