We have several trailers, a service trailer, another boat and finally we have a 5 wheel camper. Keep a trailer spare tire handy, it's definitely a good idea to have it handy. Thankfully we got lucky and didn't need it, but I took it just in case. We've only installed it on one boat trailer so far, but I'm sure it will work well on other trailers as well. It comes with easy to understand and follow setup instructions. The bracket itself makes a very solid and well-made impression. Screwing went smoothly. This is an important must have if you have a trailer. You never know when it will save you.
