Review on Watson Field Reporting Suite by Derek Dolla

The ability to upload photos and video into Watson and link to incident reports. I dislike that the system is not a single user friendly platform. My team needed to be able to share documents in a seamless manner with our incident management team. We needed a system that would allow them to easily upload reports and photos. Watson did not have these capabilities. I needed a system where they could easily upload photos and video. They needed to be able to access our incident reports and photos in an easy manner. Watson was not able to provide this to us.
