Excellent drill set for money. I am very satisfied and have already used them in several complex projects. I always wipe down with a lightly oiled rag after each use, and I also like to use the pre-drill technique, using smaller bits and gradually increasing them to the final size; typically when drilling materials and substrates with very hard surfaces. I also use lubricating oil to minimize heat/friction build up and avoid unnecessary wear. Yes, they are "cobalt", but that doesn't mean they can't be destroyed relatively quickly unless you use common sense for various purposes. Lubricated bits last longer. When drilling holes in 1/8" or thicker steel, use cutting fluid or multi-purpose oil such as 3-IN-ONE. Drill bit lubrication reduces friction and heat build-up, makes drilling easier, and extends drill bit life. For your health!
