Seriously, buy a tape recorder and just play it to your bird continuously. Then at least he'll hear your own voice and not just some random person saying "hello" over and over again. I'm sure they're good at learning reps, but I paid $11.99 for this? The entire CD consists of random words or phrases that last about 3-5 seconds. The idea is to choose the track you want your bird to learn and then put that track on the CD for repetition. It makes sense, but could you really do it yourself for free? Also, there are a lot of words I don't want him to learn, just random things that you don't usually even say yourself.
