The outer sleeve used to tighten the chuck is designed for some reason to separate from the internal mechanisms of the chuck. This makes it difficult to properly loosen and tighten this cartridge. After approx. 4 uses in the last 5-6 months, the adhesive on the quick-release thread failed and the quick-release part unscrewed from the chuck. Now this chuck can only be used for a drill of the same size stuck in it. I hope the drill doesn't jam when drilling because I can't rotate the drill to get it out. Looking for the best design with wrench.
