The bottom of the pan melted after a year
Purchased December 2019 Never leave a frying pan unattended or use it over high heat. The non-stick coating is great, but the bottom of the pan melts. I've been buying crockery for 50 years and I've never experienced anything like this. I contacted OXO via the online application form and received an immediate response with a link number. They said they would contact me within 24 hours. It was two weeks ago. I called the toll free number but they hung up after 30 minutes. Revain did not respond to my request for help.
