I like several things about this meat thermometer. First of all, it is very easy to use. All you have to do to turn it on is extend the probe. The temperature is then displayed on the screen. The user manual emphasizes that the probe should not be deployed more than 180 degrees, which means you should not deploy it after it has reached a straight line with the body. I think this is important to consider if you have kids to help you in the kitchen. Second, the thermometer comes with 2 batteries. One is already installed, so you don't have to worry about throwing in a spare. I also love that there is a built in magnet so you can easily attach it to your fridge! If you don't like fridge magnets, there are also velcro stickers so you can stick it anywhere. This is definitely a more stylish thermometer sold at a decent price. I recommend!
