The cutting wire works very well but is prone to kinks/sharp bends which can lead to breakage.
Slicing a cheese head requires scoring the rind and is smooth and easy, but requires a stop to hold the cheese head in place while slicing. A simple illustrated guide would be helpful. The wire is also slightly longer than necessary.
