Based on our own experience, we found this cheese tool to be poorly designed and difficult to use. The handle felt uncomfortable in our hand and the blade was not sharp enough to properly cut through harder cheeses..

Slicing a cheese head requires scoring the rind and is smooth and easy, but requires a stop to hold the cheese head in place while slicing. A simple illustrated guide would be helpful. The wire is also slightly longer than necessary.
