Serious design flaw! It's not safe! Do not buy
I used this item to attach an apple tag to my dog's collar. I just found a label on the floor. The silver ring has a tiny loop that pops open when it shouldn't and then you lose your $30 apple tag. or your dog. or both. You wouldn't believe that such a simple object could be designed so poorly and with such an obvious flaw. Don't buy that and wear what you like!
