Good for powerful electronics, bad for Arduino and ESP8266/ESP32

As others have said, the quiescent current is 10uA and charges the lipo battery at around 700mA. The device gets pretty hot when discharging and will melt the hot glue I used to attach it to the 18650's mount. However, if the current draw drops below 60mA the boost converter will go to sleep and not recover. This causes low power devices like the ESP32 to lose power when they go to sleep.
