where would i start - Pliers

This item isn't good enough to sell for a dollar in the store. The first thing I noticed was CORROSION in and around the vortex. The claim that this thing is industrial-grade nickel-plated steel is hilarious. It looks more like aluminum, which can probably be broken by hand. With a wafer-thin layer of steel that almost looks like it's been glued on. Who knows, maybe you can pull it off if you pluck it with your fingernail long enough. The quality is so low it looks like a cheap toy. Literally. Pliers also have dirt in the joint. You can definitely feel it when you open and close it. In addition, it is not a flush cutter as claimed. I've added a photo of a Speedwox cutter next to a Hakko 170 cutter. Hakko is a much better tool than that Speedwox crap. Hakko is made in ITALY. Speedwox is made in CHINA. Hakko costs $4.43. Speedwox costs $9.99. (What a joke. I don't think it's worth $1.) This is only my second review of a Revain product (I don't write reviews). That's why I hate this negativity. But I had to warn others because this product is not good.
