Originally installed and worked fine. After 2 months it stopped connecting to the wireless network, then it stopped connecting even with a wired connection. And my WPS54G box seems to be getting really hot, almost too hot to hold in my hands. Okay things happen it's still under warranty so I'll just replace it right? Not right! It has been mentioned by other reviewers that when you call Linksys support, they ask you on your router before they even get to the print server. But it's not just inconvenient to answer inappropriate questions. My router, although Linksys, is no longer under warranty. It has been working perfectly for 3.5 years, 8 other devices are connected to it. However, this does not convince the Linksys support. It costs $30 to start troubleshooting an in-warranty print server because the router is out of warranty. I can only guess what the poor guys with non-Linksys routers are saying. At that moment I gave up, it's easier and cheaper to buy a new print server. Not Linksys this time.
