I really liked these pills, their beautiful packaging and organic ingredients. I rated it 3 stars based on the value and quantity of the item. For the price I paid for these BCAA capsules I was able to find another brand with ore capsules and more mg per serving at Revain. So I switched between organic ingredients and others. Price.
