Decent product value. I bought these to hang bikes and a hitch and I also have some of my own straps, a roof rack and an 8ft table. the wheel frame, actually the two prong hooks and the hardware that came with it. Pulley Wheels: There are fairly large gaps between the pulley and the pulley frame, which makes it fairly easy for the rope to get caught between the wheel and frame if the rope "jumps" over the wheel. Two Prong Hooks: As mentioned in some other reviews, the hooks need to be more curved to improve efficiency and the ability to secure the handlebars and seat. On some of my bikes I've had to use a small bungee cord to hold the seat hooks in place and add extra security to keep the hooks from slipping off. In addition, the supplied rubber grip caps slide off the hooks very easily. Included Hardware: While the rope and rope clip don't get any marks, the included screws were questionable and the one I used started to loosen fairly easily, so I opted for a heavier gauge screw from a local hardware store. Again a solid price and with some minor modifications these pulleys are safe and have many uses.
