Good price with caveats

Reasonable workmanship for the price considering you get two. Don't rush into measurements. Took me about an hour from start to finish. It is easier to install the block on 1x5x48, and then attach it to the plasterboard ceiling. If you have an open beam, attach directly to the beam and save 30 minutes. The weak point is that the powered pulley obviously can't keep up with the main pulley (so the seat might not go up with the handlebars) so you have to pull two ropes to keep it turning even when

Decent product value. I bought these to hang bikes and a hitch and I also have some of my own straps, a roof rack and an 8ft table. the wheel frame, actually the two prong hooks and the hardware that came with it. Pulley Wheels: There are fairly large gaps between the pulley and the pulley frame, which makes it fairly easy for the rope to get caught between the wheel and frame if the rope "jumps" over the wheel. Two Prong Hooks: As mentioned in some other reviews, the hooks need to be moreโ€ฆ

Easy installation with these quick tips! I recommend getting 1 x 4 (2.5ft) and about 20+ 1 " drywall screws

Easy installation instructions! All you need is ----1x4 (I used a 2.5ft board), -----additional screws (I used 1" drywall screws to attach the brackets to the 1x4 fasten before I fastened them to the ceiling) and -- - ---- high stairs. After installation, I lowered the hooks to my bike's height so the ropes were taut and supported by the weight of my bike. The bike ONLY touched the ground. Then tie a knot in the rope just before the first assembly so that the rope doesn't go up too far and theโ€ฆ

Works great but I recommend using your own screws

The overhead bike storage is great and this roller system makes it easy to raise and lower. The supplied screws are complete rubbish and belong straight in the rubbish bin. I mean do you really want your bike to hit your car or your head? I tried using a few of these and just screwed them into a regular 2x4, the heads came loose before they even reached the metal mount. The screws are terribly weak. Didn't know screws could be made from such soft metal. In any case, assembly wasn't particularly
