The product itself is not bad and it is inexpensive. Corner glides are junk, but they're not the focus of this product (or review). In addition, good guides are easily accessible (example: drawer guides). The part that attaches to the front of the cabinet (brown, half-triangle) is fine - just what you need. The problem is with the part that attaches to the back of the drawer (brown rectangle). And this important part breaks easily and often (you might not even need the other two). The problem is that this part is at least two generations old. The square rectangle in this product is a replica of the Kenlin "Slide-Rite" track system. In my case, this guide system is on the Stanley bedroom furniture that I bought for my son in 2000. So we're talking about a design that's 20 years old. The fastening part of the box is made of plastic only. It broke easily and failed many times. As a result, Kennin ceased production. Kenlin's "Rite-Trak I" system became the replacement. The details are exactly the same, except that the rectangular box is supported by a strong metal frame. In the attached photo I show the assembly you will attach to the box (right) and the blank metal frame (left) that the product is missing. I bought the product in this review to replace a plastic part in metal frames. I was able to pull out the old broken part and put the new part from the kit into the frame. It's easy to do. The reason I had (or even knew about) the improved items is because Stanley sent them to me (2003) when he complained about the drawers in the furniture. Apparently they broke again. Probably years ago. But my son didn't worry about furniture problems when he was a teenager. So this product worked great for me. In my particular situation, I probably should have given the product a 5 star rating. But I knew exactly what I needed. I have three reasons for giving this review 1 star. (1) The product sold has an obsolete design that was discontinued 15 years ago for quality and reliability reasons. (2) Nothing in the product description (or instructions) suggests that this is an old failed design and that there are much better options. And (3) I want as many people as possible to know about it! If you do not have a Rite-Trak I unit (with metal bracket), DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! However, do not buy the metal rectangular drawer bracket (Rite-Track I drawer slide with metal drawer backs found in dressers and other furniture) as this has been superseded by the "Rite-Trak II" system. (Lot of 5 sets of Kenlin Advanced Commercial Style Kenlin Rite-Trak II). The drawer mount is now a solid plastic OVAL (still with a metal mount). There's a lot more plastic on the drawer slides that broke in previous versions of the line. I can't attest to how well it works (I found out about it AFTER using this product). But this is the current version of this line of products, costs about the same as a full Rite track I build and couldn't be any worse. Hope that helps!
