I give this product 4 stars for one reason: I can't connect a third device to it through a second device; I need to connect directly to the hub. Whenever I try the first one, I get the message "USB accessory needs power". I will explain. I have a wired keyboard that itself has 2 USB ports. It is now connected to a 3-port USB hub. When I connect my phone or memory card to the keyboard, I get the above message. I need to connect directly to a hub, rendering my keyboard's USB ports unusable. I had no idea this would be a problem. Also, everyone should be aware that when you plug your phone into a hub for charging, the power transfer is pretty weak compared to plugging it into an outlet. I was expecting a weaker charge from the hub, but not as weak as I've seen. It is better to charge your phone from an outlet. Either way, if you connect to a hub, you're still good to go. This is a nice addition to my computer. It's attractive and compact so it's not an eyesore. All in all, my only complaint is the lack of power transmission through the daisy chain.
