My birds dislike squid bones so this was a good way to get them some calcium. they loved it. After they ran out of millet, they still gnawed on it out of habit so they could still get the calcium they need. The only downside is that it's a bit messy, but it's millet so it comes with some kind of treat and can't be avoided.
