Zopim is awesome- especially paired w Customer Success software

I like how easy it was for our employees/customers to use; they didn't need any training or support from us at all. The interface could be more intuitive - there were many times where we had no idea what feature (or combination) would solve their needs most effectively when troubleshooting an issue with them. However once you understand its features and functionality, everything just works so well together! It's been very helpful because now customers can reach out via chat without having to wait days/weeks until reaching someone directly by phone after submitting tickets through emailing ticket system etc. We've also seen huge improvements internally as far as employee productivity goes since this has allowed everyone within my team access to resolve customer questions quickly rather than needing me personally involved every time something comes up related to one of those users. This saves both money AND precious work.
