I needed mudflaps for my 2008 Ford Ranger. I wanted the factory look to match the stock rear ones. They don't have factory guard for my truck so I saw them and decided to give it a try. If you're a handy person, feel free to buy these, but remember they're versatile. Watch out for negative reviews. Plastic is a type of polymer, so why complain? The supplied hardware is fine. If you're trying to use an existing hole and it's too big, try the clips provided. The contour of the bulge of the fenders does not perfectly fit every car, so it is suitable for universal use. I used a factory screw, then drilled 2 more holes and used the included fasteners. None of the curves matched my wing, but that doesn't matter. Looks close to OEM and I'm happy with it.
