Great product, solid and stable. However, there is absolutely no support from Mfg, and there is no proper manual or guide on how to install this PC. It took me over 6 months (I'm a regular computer user) to figure out how to get the printer to work with all wireless networked computers. For those who don't know: First install the printer via USB connection (not this one yet) on a wired computer - restart the computer. Now run the CD that came with this product and then select the printer (which you just installed). via USB) from the list and connect this printer. Now disconnect the USB cable and connect the printer to this product. You have now installed this on your wired PC. On the wireless PC, install the printer software CD (not the physical printer, just the software) and install the printer software as if you were actually installing the printer. Restart your PC. Now launch the CD that came with this product and proceed to select the printer (the one you installed the software for) from the list and connect. Do it again. Now it should print whether the host (wired PC) is on or off. However, if it doesn't print due to circumstances beyond my control, go to that print server page (e.g. 192.168.2.) and assign or select a manual IP address (no automatic IP Address). Sanjay H.
