Best value for money replacement for Thermofoam
Well I lost a very expensive thermometer and was looking for a replacement. It works out! I like that you can recalibrate it, which I will do. I did a freeze test next to another food service thermometer and it was within 0.5 degrees. Not as fast as my $75 thermometer, but close enough. And it's backlit! I also like that there is an automatic switch-off. Too bad it came in blue. Maybe I won't lose this one with a built in magnet. I'll buy a few more as spares.
