Review on GenieMaster GM3T-R: Universal Remote for Genie Garage Door 🧞 Openers since 1993 with Intellicode Technology and 9/12 Dipswitch Compatibility by Evan Calvert

Like every Genie garage door opener I've ever owned, it's mostly fine. This works most of the time, but can be temperamental and doesn't work until you get close to the garage door, turn the remote in the right direction, hit the sweet spot, or spit on it. Unfortunately we get stuck with them. Be careful when buying universal openers, I did exactly that and found that they do not work as advertised. So what's new. I tried installing it for two garage doors, at first it worked and after a while it didn't. No reboot made it work with two different doors, so I'm lucky it opens at least one door. Bought five of these. Two died and were not revived even with fresh batteries. The bulky old openers last forever if you find a middle ground that seems to change when you feel like it.
