(Updated) Mounting bracket loose
The non-slip part that keeps the bracket in place fell off while cycling. Well dressed with a power tool. He couldn't stand the little bumps in the road, so he moved out. Will be back soon. --- Update ---- They sent me a new one. This one holds up better than the previous one. I think the hardware was better on this one. He definitely felt stronger.
