Purchased this back on 1/5/20 and have used this for multiple dishes. We have a Copper 12” wok that’s no longer functional, we use it only as a steamer now. Beforehand we did all our stir fry dishes in that, it’s lighter easier to maneuver around the induction top. Since we no longer have that option we are going to use this wonderful cooklover wok for most of the oriental dishes. Ours is a light grey came with a wooden spatula and sold for around $60. We do use it for a few Filipino dishes along with with Chinese dishes, my favorite is Ube it’s a Filipino desert and it slides out of this wok like nothing I’ve seen. I can’t seem to get anything to stick to this wok, which is great, I use either stainless steel or cast for most of the everyday cooking. Until I learned how to work with SS I hated it. I always wanted to use cast iron, but it’s too heavy for my wife. We have a wonderful wok and now I see they have a set of skillets, pots, what a great idea for this company to provide more great products for our kitchens.
