A beautiful product that requires some skill and skill to install in the partition. You will need to make a very precise paper template for the hole you are going to put in the wall. If you cut a little more, the plate will not be fixed properly with 4 screws. You will also need to purchase a jumper wire (I recommend 16AWG stranded wire) to connect them together. Follow the wiring diagram shown in the drawings. You can also have the meter turned on using just the main power switch and leave the 12V accessory port and USB ports on at all times. I measured actual milliamps under NO LOAD conditions. The power consumption of the power lamp, voltmeter and USB ports was only 50 milliamps. I chose to connect all three to the main switch, so when I charge the cells with USB, the voltmeter also lights up. Minimal battery drain in my RV (two 6v golf cart batteries, 150w solar panel).
