After several calls to Optimum and many visits to the techs, nothing. 2 solid orange indicators. Terrible. I even skipped the return window as the troubleshooting process was very long. I installed it for my disabled sister who is on a budget so traveling back and forth was a hassle for me. Eventually I got the idea to use my own modem that I knew worked at her house and try her modem at mine. Mine worked there, this brick didn't work here. Terrible, but kudos to Amazon for extending the returns window.
