Review on Hario Coffee Dripper Silver VDM 02HSV by Cristofer Cejudo

Despite the fact that all baristas use plastic for its thermal properties, I just couldn't bring myself to believe that it wouldn't suck something harmful out with super hot water and it happened on a daily basis. So I originally posted extra batter for the ceramic, not knowing there was a steel version, but even with plenty of water to pre-rinse the filter/dripper and warm up the server, it just didn't get very hot, even with 75g of kettle water . from cooking. and it really felt like the heat was being sucked out of my brew along with the bulk it had. So I'll either have to spend more time or water heating it up or just send it back. Luckily I don't have this problem now, although this one was a bit more expensive. I can heat it up very well and now my coffee is extracted more evenly. Overall, one couldn't be happier with Metal. Also, this version is much lighter than the ceramic version and I don't have to worry about it tipping over and breaking like I did with the first one.
