Absolutely love the tray. Cooking in it is a pleasure. I mainly use it for meat. Everything is perfectly baked, nothing burns anywhere. The photo shows that after frying the potatoes until golden brown, the baking sheet remains almost clean. Washes great. Perfect size for my family of 3.
