This is the first filament I had trouble with due to its diameter. The thread differs significantly in diameter. You can feel the "waves" in size when you run your hand over them. My first print went well. It looked like the adhesion was good and the print looked good. Then there was a big imprint and it failed. There were layers with areas where the thread was missing, and the last part of the print was just missing. The nozzle was fine. I reverted to my default filament and the print was successful. Then I switched back to the white MakeBot. This time the print failed very quickly. during the first few shifts. The feed mechanism made a horrible noise and the thread would not feed. After canceling the print and removing the filament, it became clear what had happened. The spool had sections that were too thick to feed properly. Of the two dozen or so PLA coils I've purchased, this is the first time I've had this type of problem. If you don't know that your printer can handle very small size filament, please accept this material.
