I like that it is easy for patients, doctors, nurses etc., to use at their own pace without feeling rushed or pressured into making decisions about treatments they are not familiar with. It also allows you to share your information easily online as well as offline with other providers in order to get answers quickly when needed! Some of my favorite features include being able to search by disease/condition along side symptoms and medications which helps me find exactly what I am looking for very fast if there may be multiple options available. Also love how patient specific recommendations can help guide our decision-making process together - so much more efficient than going through different websites one after another trying to compare them all out before coming back to each provider's website again once we have made an initial choice. The only thing i don't really care for personally but understand why others would (or dislike) is its somewhat clunky interface. Sometimes takes several tries and clicks.
