It gives you choices of doctors/hospitals in your area by distance so if there are no local options available then we do get suggestions from nearby states which helps us find some good ones too!! The most helpful is being able to go over health insurance plans, and be able to find which one meets my needs best and provide me with that option compared to others. I also like that it helps organize all of my medical records. It would be great if we could see more information from our providers, and have a better way to keep track of those visits and appointments. I like that it is easy for patients, doctors, nurses etc., to use at their own pace without feeling rushed or pressured into making decisions about treatments they are not familiar with. It also allows you to share your information easily online as well as offline with other providers in order to get answers quickly when needed! I love everything about this product! It's easy to use, all my questions are answered in detail before asking them so that helps me with decision making. So far it is very thorough and well thought out for anyone looking at return-to-work packages! The best part of this program is that it helps me find what I need quickly, without having to go through many different pages or websites! It's also very easy for my clients because they can do all their research in one place rather than going back & forth between multiple sites/apps (which could be time consuming).
