Review on ๐Ÿพ Black Sherpa K9 Mesh Barrier for Car Front Seats by Tammy Formigoni

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Assembled and working well but a bit pricey.

I love that this padded Sherpa K9 barrier is very strong, but it was a little tricky to properly attach the bottom hooks in our 2012 GMC Acadia. My headrests don't raise easily and are usually lowered and the headrest extension legs are not visible, but I can add top hooks to each headrest leg with no problems. It is easy to hang. However, the bottom strap hooks are not easy to find to find a convenient place to attach. The best hook is on the moving seat track, but if you attach it to the moving seat track, someone could move the seat forward and break the guard. I think the place I found works, time will tell, but we don't keep the barrier in place all the time. I was able to remove it and stow it in the back of the seat compartment. Each machine is unique and I'm sure some machines are easier to set up and take apart. The soft barrier makes a very well-made impression. We have a golden retriever, he is not happy with this new thing. He likes to sneak into the passenger seat, and when we're in both front seats, he'll stand between them on the armrest and drool and try to stick his face in the air conditioning vents. I've wanted to buy one of these barriers for a long time, but I'll only consider it if it makes its way forward. While this works very well, the price is significantly higher than most competing brands. I would think given the quality it should cost $29.99. I recommend a strong barrier to keep pets in the back seat.
