We use these timers to change the water in our garden, so we use them daily. They're not as loud as some say, they're just right. The numbers are nice and big and I can read them without glasses. AAA batteries last longer and are cheaper than button batteries in other timers. I like the strong magnet on the back and I put the rope through the loop so I can wear it around my neck and not lose it. It has a memory of last time and I use it too. It even has an on/off button that saves battery life. I am very happy with this timer. Okay so maybe it was made in China but so far it has been working fine for the last 2 weeks and unless I drop it and throw it in the water I suspect it will work for quite a while. . . The dollar store guys are just rubbish.
