OEM quality fit and finish

This is an excellent product! I would highly recommend them to anyone with a Grand Cherokee Summit Edition. First, Jeep does not offer a matching fender for the Summit version. They have ones that match every other trim level. So that's really the only option for this car. This was my first purchase of a Husky Liner product and I am very happy with it. Fit in place. It follows the contours of the paintwork very well and is securely mounted. I bought sets front and back. The rear kit installs in a snap, simply remove the factory screws and plastic rivets and replace the included screws and U-clamp. The box even included a strip of cling film to attach to the side of the car where the fender overlaps the bumper by about 1/4 inch. I want to remove the fender. The front fenders are a little trickier to put on, but with a bit of patience it's not bad at all. There are no factory screws or rivets to install them. So you need to drill 3 small holes in the inner fender. Some might find this intimidating, but it's pretty easy and hard to screw up. Simply line up the fender with the fairing, the fairing is molded to line up pretty much, use a marker to mark the holes and drill through. Again, the screws are supplied as a transparent film. Once fitted they look like a factory fender and are very functional. I have noticed a reduction in dirt and spatter on the door panels since installation. The only thing to note, as with any Guardsaver, you lose some ground clearance. They don't drop too much, but that's important to keep in mind when riding off-road.
