I'm a real mechanic who gets angry every time someone flashes the 'Check Engine' light and everyone tells him to replace the gas cap no matter the code Has. Guess that was actually a problem in our 2010 Outback. Reading Codes - The downstream oxygen sensor reading is incorrect. Cleared codes replaced the gas cap gasket on this product and the shock codes did not come back. Time will tell, but so far satisfied for a few months.
