The local diner has mint tea and my husband asked if I could make it at home. He drinks a lot of tea when we eat out, so I knew I was going to need a giant tea bag. For my recipe, I use 2/3 cup black tea and 1/3 cup mint. A cup of dried herbs pretty much fills a 4" x 6" bag. The tip is thin but strong and stays taut once tensioned. The material is sufficiently "mesh" that the tea is well brewed in the fridge all night. It happens small dust-like particles. I gave 4 stars for "easy to clean" because the bag is full and has to be turned inside out to empty. Then the tea leaves are still stuck to the inside (now outside) of the bag and have to be washed off. The pouches dry fairly quickly on wooden pegs. Since they are used exclusively for tea, I see no need to do anything more than just rinse them.
