I didn't even get a chance to use the key. It arrived completely unusable, missing the thumb roll to adjust the jaw and the pin holding it in place was virtually useless. I was very disappointed because a smaller version of the same key saved my life. I was really hoping that these two unique tools would replace the $120 wrenches I use every day to install faucets. But honestly, the last thing I want are heavy pieces of metal falling on my head when I'm stuck in a closet with a 10" door opening and don't have room for traditional/archaic keys. As a 20 year old plumber, I really hoped this tool would be a game changer, not a face lift for what it turned out to be.
