Review on Best Bug Remover: McKee's 37 MK37-104 Road Kill Bug Remover - 22 oz. by Desmin Dickerson

I believe in good bug, pitch and tar removers

OK. We have an old flat faced RV similar to the video used in this product description and have not washed it or bugged it on many trips so the front of the RV was very very faulty (last attacked swarm of yellow grasshoppers or cicadas in Southern Oregon 2 weeks ago). After reading the reviews of the bug remover spray, I decided to give it a try (although the cost was high for the amount in the spray). I also bought 2 sponges thinking I would try the spray. Yes they removed the bugs with a spray and sponges. No, it wasn't a one-time spray and clean. These bugs have been at the forefront for years, as have the new 'sticky' ones. I've used a whole bottle of fluid and rebuilt the front 4 times, but for a 14 year old van the front is fine. Sure there are stone chips and a few paint scuffs but overall I will be ordering more spray for future use and not getting the front of the bus as dirty.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky
