Bought two of these. One works exactly as advertised. The other slips 50% of the time, so the fat seeps everywhere. Both clutches are mounted on the same grease guns - Lincoln 1162. So 5 stars for one and 1 star for the other. There is no customer service department on their website. Toll number and address only. A hard-to-find manual on the website says to hold the lever forward if it slips. Doesn't work with pressure. Also, their website boasts that it is one-handed operation. It's not like the other hand has to hold the lever. According to the website, the clutch will now come with extra shoes and a seal at a 25% higher price. I'll try a premium rate number to see what happens. Edit update: I just got off the phone with customer service (I think it was the owner). We had a very informative conversation that speaks volumes about the honesty and authenticity of the company. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the interview and would rate the company 5+ stars overall. I urge anyone who wishes to purchase this product to be sure that it will work and on a rare occasion resolve the issue.
