Review on Cordiant Winter Drive 2 255/55 R18 109T by Mateusz Dbski ᠌

The purchase is a failure, very dissatisfied.

I had a mishap on this rubber yesterday, thus I made the decision to write a review. The first season ran smoothly. kept in the cellar in bags. As soon as snow started falling during the second season, like other wheels. On small hills, it slides. When braking on compacted snow, not to mention ice, abs kicks in right away. floats across tarmac. It might work for you if you travel in "pensioner cautious" mode at a speed of no more than 40 km/h and at a distance of 50 meters. In regards to the accident, the weather was 0 degrees, the road was primarily wet, and the speed limit was 100 km/h. I can see that things are starting to slow down up ahead. The terrain is slippery, there is an accident up ahead, and the route is closed as you descend. Without having to press the pedal, the abs begin to contract when I let off the gas and begin to slow down. I go to a lower one and instantly apply the brake; the abs activates but there is no braking action. I pull the handbrake while pressing intermittently for a while, but nothing happens. There are fences on both sides and no places to turn around. In order to catch up to the automobile in front, I rolled 50 meters while working out my abs. Make your own deductions.

Pros
  • appropriate in snow
Cons
  • both positive temperature and ice
