I love that it allows me to be able to send out reminders for appointments to my entire staff, not just those who have access to Outlook. It also gives us an opportunity to check off people as they attend their appointment. The software is very easy to use. Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate at times, but this is more of an issue with our end users, not the system itself. We are able to maintain accountability of all of our staff members regarding their health care needs. This has allowed us to see where we need to make changes in order to better serve our clients. The ability to send reminders to our clients has been beneficial as well.
